I love intimate weddings…

Traveling to different destinations for my celebrant work is part of the charm. I loved the intimate family gathering I had the privilege of sharing for Deborah and Stephen’s wedding. With the beautiful backdrop of the Marlborough Sounds to show this stunning couple.

“Jann was our celebrant for our intimate wedding in the Marlborough Sounds in February 2021. We first engaged with Jann online and met via zoom. There, we were introduced to her wealth of knowledge on all things ceremonies! This helped us immensely, to plan and personalize our event making it the best it could be. I really appreciated Jann’s input, providing lots of advice and options, while also listening to what we wanted and ensuring she could meld into our style – right down to asking about colours to wear! Loved that! Jann met us when we arrived in the sounds, and the communication in the lead up was seamless.

On the day, it was like having another member of the family there, which, as a small event, meant a lot – Jann eased our nerves, and reminded us how precious every moment of this day would be – and it was!

We were also grateful for Jann’s local knowledge which helped us to plan other details, including catering, photography and flowers!  Thank you Jann”
